You know your business and I know processes.  Together we will create the foundation for your continued success and business growth.  After working in the chemical processing industry for 9 years I made the leap to healthcare, an industry I literally knew nothing about.  The “medical speak” the doctors and nurses on my project teams engaged in was well over my head, yet the processes they were trying to work with and create were my expertise.  Working together, we designed and created processes that enabled their medical procedures and elevated the patient experience.  I’m still in the dark about most things medical, but that didn’t stop me from leading several highly successful projects in the medical field.

It’s a common myth that Lean Six Sigma only applies to large companies and corporations.  Simply put, Lean Six Sigma is a way of making processes simple, effective and efficient – regardless of their size or scope.  The definition of a process is “a series of actions designed to produce a particular outcome.”  Whether we realize it or not, our lives are filled with processes and there is a great opportunity to streamline the processes in your business, allowing you to be more effective and productive in your daily activities.

It’s time to set your business free and create simple, effective and efficient business processes so you can get back to what you do best – running your business.  During your free Discovery Call, we will create the specific areas of your business that aren’t working as well as you would like them to and develop an action plan to address these areas using Lean Six Sigma tools.  While each client engagement is unique, you can expect to work with these process transformation tools in facilitated sessions at your location with your team:

Process Mapping – map your Client Journey from start to finish including handoffs between people and departments
Root Cause Analysis – identify the root causes of major process issues and breakdowns
Waste Identification – uncover the Non-value Added activities in your processes and create actions to eliminate and reduce that waste

At the end of The Lean Entrepreneur Program, I’ll provide you with electronic copies of your process maps and all process documentation.  You’ll receive a summary report of the we work completed including the difference that was made.  You’ll also receive a Lean Transformation Action Plan and Proposal for ongoing lean process transformation consulting services.

After you see what’s possible during your free Discovery Call, we’ll book your workshops.  You will be invoiced monthly for workshops and consulting services delivered at a rate of $150 per hour plus GST.  All payments have Net 30 payment terms.
