Given the challenges of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I offer flexible workshop formats with In-Person and Virtual options.  As a skilled facilitator you can trust the workshops will be powerful and effective regardless of the format.  We can discuss your needs during your Discovery Call.

The three Business Playbook Workshops are typically half-day or full-day sessions and the development time for your Business Playbook is a function of the number and complexity of the processes we work with.  As a rule of thumb, you can expect 3-4 hours of development time per business process.  Depending on the size of your business, you’ll contribute between 10 and 40 hours of time to create your Business Playbook.  I will then complete and deliver your Business Playbook in up to 6 weeks for Solopreneur Businesses, 8 weeks for Small Businesses and 12 weeks for Medium Businesses.
